This dispensing unit consists of a highly efficient outer insulator jacket, 10-litre reusable stainless steel KEG, a dispense head with a hygienic one-way line and a drip tray.

 

draft2go is the alternative to stationary dispensing equipment and enables professional and intuitive handling without any electrical power. This self-sufficient dispensing system opens up great possibilities for mobile and individual hospitality concepts, but can also be a useful supplement to an existing range.

This self-sufficient dispensing system needs neither electricity nor an additional CO2 supply, but its ingenious technology provides full draught beer flavour for catering, beer gardens and other events or for entirely new mobile hospitality concepts.

High-quality reusable components

If used properly, the 10-litre stainless steel KEG can be used repeatedly for at least 20 years. There is no other beverage packaging with such a long service life. And we give a two year warranty on all other system components, apart from the one-way line.

No additional cleaning required

Every 10-litre KEG is supplied with a one-way line, so there’s no need for the dispense head to be given any additional cleaning. The removable drip tray is dishwasher safe.

Without electricity in only three hours to drinking temperature

The icepack set is used when there is no possibility of cooling the KEG down in a refrigerator for 24 hours prior to use and no other method is available for keeping the KEG cool for longer periods before use. The Icepack Set consists of an ice sleeve, two ice packs and a cooler bag.  At a room temperature of 22° C, the ice sleeve plus ice packs will cool the beverage down to 2,5°C - in only 3 hours!

The mobile and sustainable draft2go system is ideal for dispensing beer, whether as a self-sufficient dispensing system or as mobile addition to your bar.

How does filling the dispensing system work?

The KEG in the draft2go dispensing unit can be filled manually or, by using an adapter, on an existing filling line. The KEG has a standardised flat fitting and a CO2 valve, which enable it to be connected up to conventional dispensing equipment. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us personally. How is the one-way line fitted?

Open the dispense head. Then, pull the tap handle forwards and position the one-way line to the right of centre in the front section. The clamp pressure must be exerted right on the centre of the one-way line. Next, pull the line out slightly from below so that the spout can be inserted. Push the elbow connector into the tappet socket until it clicks into place and then press the beer line into the holding groove. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us personally. How long will a pre-cooled beverage be kept cool in the system?

At a room temperature of 25 °C and a pre-cooled beverage temperature of 3 °C, the system keeps the beverage at drinking temperature (max. 8 °C) for up to 8 hours. We recommend pre-cooling the KEG in a conventional refrigerator or cooler for about 24 hours.

How long before beer goes flat when it’s already in the dispensing system?

After filling, we recommend cooling the beverage. When handled properly, the beer will remain fresh for up to 30 days after it is first dispensed and can be tapped again at a later point in time.

How often can I use the dispensing system?

If used properly, a KEG has a service life of over 20 years. With proper use, insulator jacket, drip tray and dispensing head can also be used for 2 years.

How do you change the KEG inside the dispensing system?

Remove the dispense head and then open up the insulator jacket. After removing the protective cap, place the KEG on the draft2go insulator base section. Close the two-part outer jacket and place the open dispense head, with the new beer line, on top of the KEG, or rather the fitting, and push the NC valve forwards. Close the dispense head and enjoy your fresh draught beer!
